NYC & SSW merger
Superintendent: Andrew (Andy) Hauser
Based on a fictional deal between NYC/PRR and SSW prior to the 1968 Penn Central merger. During the NYC/PRR merger a deal was struck where SP/SSW would be sold the ex-NYC line from Paris, IL to East St. Louis for cash and agreement not to object to the merger, plus trackage rights from Paris to Indianapolis.
